Photo A Day 10-04-08

Well, I missed a day yesterday, but that's bound to happen.   It's been a busy time around my little farm getting ready for winter!  I have to remind myself to stop long enough to take in the beauty of my favorite season so I took a walk in the park the other day...

Haven't visited in a while. Nice pictures. I have been thinking of doing a picture a day blog (even reserved a site) and look you went ahead and started one!!! I love the concept and your mushrooms are oh so cool.

Been a lovely fall here in Chicagoland. Right now we are north of the city in our summer/fall/winter/spring hangout in the Chain O Lakes (in Illinois). Only 55 miles from where we live but a world away for us!

Keep taking pictures. Here's a 2 minute video from a boat ride we took last Friday afternoon .... the river was like glass. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BIPbRbHBSig

Hi Pam! AWESOME video thanks for the link I needed that about now! Please do a photo a day blog, (pretty please)I promise to visit it!!! I bit off a little more than I could chew by starting it when i did. I knew I'd be starting work on my shop but I never dreamed it would go on for as long as it did and that I wouldn't have time to breathe let alone post pics!

For a peek on what I've been doing check out the bead page! I'm about to go post there!

Your new studio is so cool. How wonderful to have a passion and skill and love and gift to do what you are doing. Any chance you will be making a reggae lampwork beaded bracelet? I would love to buy myself one of those if they were available.

Love the new poodle. What was the trick for removing the clay color out of the fur? When I was in Gulfport, Mississippi with Habitat for Humanity in June I ruined my shoes and socks with the red clay. It just won't come out. Wondering if you've found how to get it out. I'm sure the rest of the folks that were with me (70 of my coworkers....it's a Tropicana Lemonade cause and I work for Tropicana) wouldn't mind knowing as we all couldn't get the clay color out of our clothes for sure!!!

Lovely pictures. Love the shrooms.

Hi Pam! Yes the new shop is way cool, huh! I am loving it out here! I would be happy to make you a reggae bead bracelet! If you would like to email, click up on that email button at the top left hand corner. It seems to work pretty well but if I don't answer you right away let me know, K?

There is a shampoo out called crystal white by ez groom. It's for dogs but hey, if it'll turn my stained poodle back to white it must work on anything!
