The baby birds!
If you saw them below on July 3rd, you probably either thought they were cute or ugly. I thought they were very cute, lol.
This is them 10 days later, getting cuter by the minute! I also looked in my bird book and they are Swallows not Sparrows! Anyway, I have heard that the death rate for these birds after last winter was very high and they are not as plentiful as they once were. Friends with barns have noticed less of them so this nest is a blessing all around! I hope they stick around and eat my mosquitos!

Ten days changes baby birds a LOT!
I just hope and pray my cat Tango doesn't get to them! I am considering crating tango once I see them looking like they want to try to learn to fly. I will not kill Tango to be in a crate for a few days but the babies might get killed if I don't!
